Jim Knauf in TOCApalooza Juried Art Exhibition

PADA member Jim Knauf had two images juried into the 2026 Photography Juried Art Exhibition at TOCApalooza, held Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the Ken Miller Center, 3330 Civic Center Drive, Torrance. TOCApalooza is an annual, free, family-friendly arts festival presented by the Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation, featuring live entertainment, art vendors, food, and a juried fine art and photography exhibition showcasing work from emerging and established artists across the country.

Knauf's two accepted images reflect the breadth of his photographic eye. Starry Spin, Ryan Ranch draws the viewer upward into a night sky alive with the motion of stars wheeling above a California ranch landscape. Shadows of Our National Pastime takes a quieter, more intimate approach, finding graphic beauty and poetry in the geometry of shadow and light on a baseball field.
