Jim Knauf wins awards at OC Fair
Jim Knauf has won awards for two of his images at the Orange County Fair.
His image On the Nile won 1st place for color photos in the Scenic, Seascape, and Waterscape category. It shows a tranquil, early morning scene on the Nile River near Luxor, Egypt.
His image Launch, Minimalist won Honorable Mention for color photos in the Things, Vehicles, and Machinery category. It shows a twilight SpaceX launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base, as captured from Palos Verdes Estates Shoreline Preserve.
